Is the mask machine washable? Can it be put in a dryer?

The mask is machine washable, but please make sure to use cold water and put the mask in the included carrying pouch, which doubles as a laundry mesh net. Simply place your Manta Sleep Mask Pro (with the eye cups) into the pouch, zip it up, and throw it into the washer. Please make sure to always use the pouch when machine washing, otherwise the foam may get overstretched and deformed. Using the pouch to machine wash will SIGNIFICANTLY increase the lifespan of your product. Please don’t bleach the mask. Once done washing, air dry flat (DO NOT tumble dry as the heat can damage the mask).
