Can the Manta WEIGHTED Head Strap be used with the Manta COOL Eye Cups?

Yes. Some customers actually like the combination of the two and all Manta Sleep Head Straps work with all Manta Sleep Eye Cups. Please be advised though that the Manta COOL Eye Cups are already pretty weighted so for most customers, we recommend using the Manta WEIGHTED Head Strap with non-weighted eye cups.
