We recommend placing the Manta COOL Eye Cups inside the refrigerator for at least an hour before using them. However, you could also place them inside your refrigerator for as long as you like and just take them out when you need them. Don’t forget to use the resealable bag that came with your eye cups to ensure that they’re protected from the smell inside your fridge!
