Can this be washed? How often should I clean this?

Absolutely! You can wash your Manta STEAM Mask as often as you want. If exposed to oils, creams, food, or makeup, please clean the eye cups regularly. Wait at least 2 hours after use before washing the product. Hand wash the eye cups with cold water and mild soap then air dry flat for 24 hours. 

While the Manta STEAM Eye Cups could only be hand washed, the head strap in the mask could be machine washed cold (as long as you put it inside a small laundry bag). Please air dry flat the mask once you’re done washing it.
