I don’t have a microwave, can this be heated using other types of oven?

Please ONLY use a microwave in heating the Manta STEAM Eye Cups. While microwaves could make the Manta STEAM Eye Cups warm and steamy, other ovens would dry them out and remove all the moisture inside.
